To realise it, you will sign a buying offer which will have to be counter signed by the seller. You will enclose with it, for validation, a cheque of an amount of 5 per cent of the purchase price to agency’s impoundment.

If this proposal is turned down by the owner, the agency will immediately return to you the cheque that you had issued.

  
If this proposal  is accepted : it will lead to a sale compromise which will be established, either, by the agency, or by the notary of your choice  with the notary of the seller.

In the sale compromise, the conditions of your choice will be mentionned : financing, sale of your principal house if it was needet, in precising the deadline (this to avoid to penalise the seller and to avoid to hold its property for a long time).
